Video is not allowed to play on mobile devices.

Hi,

The video works great on desktops and mobile devices that are horizonal.

But vertical position mobile devices, the play button will not work?

How do we fix this?

I have heard something like this too but not sure if that is true?:

Anyhow, how can we be sure the video is playable on all devices?
