Video in detail catalog view

How are you adding the video? We have a built-in video adding feature in our premium version. Is this what you’re using?

Yes. I opened the catalogue, product (was your sample) and I put some description, images and video in the product edit page.
For Video I put only the id of youtube, not the complete url. And I see them in the video list of the product.

May be it’s because our site accept only https and the plugin call http?

Update: I have this problem with Chrome (last update) and IE, but with Edge I can see the videos…

We took a look at the source code of https://innovits.it/test/?SingleProduct=1 and it appears that Ultimate Product Catalogue isn’t installed on this page. Instead, it appears that the Huge IT plugin is being used to display your content.
