Video Iframe in PopUp – Thumbnail Quality

Hello,

We are using CTA popup with a iFrame youtube video. In preview mode the video thumbnail is crisp and clear but when actually viewing the pop-up on the site the same thumbnail quality is awful.

Any thoughts why this is or is there an alternate method to use for this purpose?
