    I’m not sure if it’s working correctly on my website or not, because of 1 indicator
    #1 the docs said the url will be from wp.com rather than from my website (the url still showing the video is on my website url in the media from wp dashboard)

    When it’s finished processing, you can select the video in your media library, and check the video url. If it’s uploaded to WordPress.com the video url will begin with https://videos.files.wordpress.com rather than your site url.

    can u pls help? I upload directly from my website media in wp dashboard

    What is the URL of your site so we can take a closer look? Is there a video on your site (on your homepage or any other page) that we can also take a look at?

    Please make sure you have enabled the Jetpack Video block enabled. To check this go to Jetpack > Settings > Performance and make sure that “Enable high-speed, ad-free video player” is turned on.

    Did you include a link to the site in your contact? I don’t see any tickets from the account, or any that mention diamondapp.club currently.
