Video hosted have no controller | Media Grid

    Hi Premium Addons.

    Before to start, I want to tell you, you have a really great plugin !

    When I want to use Media Grid with videos hosted, it works, but I don’t have any controller. The only way which I find it’s to right click and click on “Show Controller”. But if I can have this by default it will be better. And I disabled right click for visitor… so they can’t use it ahah.

    I tried to use others video player plugin to match with Media Grid & Elementor, but no one works… And I can’t use anything than Media Grid because it’s the perfect match with my conditions.

    So how can I enable controller for my videos hosted ?

    Thanks for your quick reply.

    I’m affraid to tell you I can’t because as I can’t share the content of the website now it still in local.

    I asked for some guys and as you HTML balise is <video> they suggest me to add “controls” in the code to have controller. How I can do this ?

    Well, may I ask if you have enabled controls option enabled for your videos (please see this screenshot for clarification) ? Also, is “Lightbox” enabled ?

    Lightbox is enabled.

    After Support by mail, they added a fix in the version 3.10.6

    – Tweak: Added Whatsapp and Telagram for social icons in Persons widget.
    – Fixed: Mute and Controls options not working for self-hosted videos when lightbox is enabled in Media Grid widget.
