    Hi,

    I have the Lifetime plan of the plugin with the version: Version 1.6.4 of the Envira Gallery – Videos Addon.

    It’s been month I try to contact you about the issue, follow up is very hard…

    When I enable the gallery plugin, it shows the video gallery in front end but it’s just images, it is impossible to click on it and play it. The divi video module seems to work better.

    I tried all the display (masonery, classic, default, etc…) same issue, I try to enable to play it in gallery view, doesn’t work, I try to do lightbox, no lightbox, it doesn’t change a thing.

    I only have Yoast SEO, Divi Theme and Envira on my website, nothing that could cause any issue with envira.

    Please advise.
