Video Gallery Pages with text desciption

I need to have 8 or so different pages all with video galleries, mostly youtube videos. I also need to be able to add text to describe the video. Here is my current version of this. https://www.laxquest.com/2020-boys-highlight-videos.html This is what I would like my video pages to look like.
I am currently using a demo WP site while I build my site. I will be transferring laxquest.com domain once https://0a3.3ac.myftpupload.com/ is complete.
