Video galleries with Shadowbox

So I want to make a video gallery with shadowbox.

The only way I can think is to take screenshots (stills) of each video, upload the pictures to create a gallery, and then link those pictures to the videos.

However, is there a way I can use the embed video function and have it pop out instead? That would save the trouble of taking screenshots.
