    Hi,
something strange happens on my site. Your plugin works fine on Safari browser, but fails to load MP4 movies on Firefox – Opera – Chrome – Explorer both on Mac or Windows.

I tried with several mp4 files (also download from Pexels and so on). No way. Always same story.

Using ARVE Advanced Responsive Video Embedder button in editor I get this code into the post:

    [arve url=”https://www.anipla.it/download/area-download/video/20210128-webinar-IEC61508-2.mp4″ title=”ANIPLA – Fondamenti di sicurezza?funziona: panoramica?sulla norma IEC 61508-01″ thumbnail=”6484″ loop=”no” muted=”no” /]

or like this without image preview:

    [arve url=”https://www.anipla.it/download/area-download/video/xxx.mp4″ loop=”no” muted=”no” /]

Firefox provides a message that in english (translated from italian) sounds: ‘Any video with MIME supported format is found’

Could you please help me on that in any way?
    Thanks a lot!!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Closing, for support please use https://nextgenthemes.com/support/, thank you.

The URL attributes end with 8243; not should end with a " so some copying and pasting and encoding seems to have messed with your shortcodes.

If you embed mp4 files you can also use mp4="url" instead of url=. url= will internally do the same as mp4 if the URL ends with mp4 and only if it does. Otherwise, it won’t work correctly.
