video embeds no longer work

It might be the use of <iframe> as anything using that now shows odd code in place of the video.
Example: https://thelonegamers.com/2014/06/08/star-citizen-anvil-aerospace-hornet/
I am using a self-hosted CDN. I just switched from WP super cache and CDN sync tool. Sync is via FTP.
Also running page cache, browser cache, database cache. All are using disk caching.
Any clue what could be causing this?
