Video Embed Widget

  • Greetings.

    I have a friend of an associate that just installed this plugin a couple of weeks ago and soon afterwards their site was locked by their hosting company. The reason is because they said the site was hacked.

    I ftped into the account to try to save their media content and erase all the php files and decided to do some investigation.

    They installed this plugin, and later akismet, in August. All other plugins and themes were installed in 2011.

    I tried to pull up the plugin to see reviews here on www.remarpro.com but could not find it. I find it strange that they would install this plugin and suffer an attack.
