Video downloader not working

    Hi, I installed the plugin as described, however no matter what I enter into the form that appears on the site using your plugin, the download doesn’t work.
    Must the YouTube videos have certain settings or the link a certain format? Even the example link provided doesn’t work for me.
    Could you please assist?
