video doesn't center in v4.2

I’m testing the new 4.2 version on a copy of my site on a staging server and my videos are not centered anymore.
In the profiles template section I have this code which used to work
<div align="center">%video%</div>in the new version of youtube embed when I save the profile the template code is changing from the above code to
<div align=\"center\">%video%</div>which does not work for me.
