Video does not show after adding (correct) video ID, will show thumbnail though

I bought the pro version (The free version worked fine) however now when I add a video ID it only shows a very small object replacement character, it will play the audio of the video if set to auto-play and if set to “”Show video in popup:” it will show a thumbnail and play in a pop-up when clicked, however this is not what I want at all… The free version showed and played the videos fine, it feels like I have now paid to lose the ability to use it.
