Video description not populating

    Hi,

    We just downloaded this plugin and we’re testing it out on some unpublished pages, but the descriptions for the videos aren’t populating even though we have turned on that feature.

    Do you have any suggestions as to what could be causing this issue?

    Thank you for your message, can you please send us your page which you put gallery for more checking?

    Seem you set the description=”off” on shortcode. If yes, please remove option description=”off” on shortcode then try again.

    When you put set value option on shortcode, we can not control that feature via panel setting.

    The value for “Description” is set to “on” in both the general settings and in the shortcake on the page.
