It looks like there isn’t actually a video in the code. Can you copy and paste the entire shortcode block you are using, including what you are using for the video?

I changed the code and it worked. I used the embed code from you tube rather than embedding by using the add media button. Didn’t think of this before. Thanks for the help anyway!
