Video Carousel loading problem

    I have this problem with loading all the time.
    I upload 3 videos to WordPress in mp4 and I just want to show as carousel

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Dear fvilela.

    Thank you for talking about your problem. We looked at and understood your problem. When you added mp4 video in the slider, you did not add an image. MP4 video does not create an image automatically. You need to add an image with the video as well. YouTube and Vimeo automatically creates an image, but the MP4 videos doesn’t create itself.

    Please add an image with each video and the video slider will works normal.
