    New user to PA free. I have Video Box activated, entered my Youtube API key too.

    I have Get Videos from Playlist/Channel set to Yes

    In Video Box source, I have Channel

    I entered my channel ID correctly

    I’m getting the following error message: Something went wrong. It seems like the playlist you selected does not have any videos

    Why does it say “playlist” when I have “channel” selected?

    Question @leap13 – is the Video Box Channel or Playlist feature available with the free version of PA?

    Yes, getting videos from YouTube Channel/Playlist is an option in the free version.

    We have tried to use the ID above with our Google API key and it worked. So, I believe the issue is related to your API key. Could you please upload this version on your website and refresh the page and share a screenshot from the response you are getting?

    I uploaded the version you gave me and in the Channel ID field it was populated with a channel ID I don’t recognize. I also replaced the channel ID with my own and got the same error. Here’s the results:

    Thanks @travor. May I ask are you working on localhost? If not, then please go to your API key settings page on your Google account and make sure that your domain is whitelisted.
