Viagra Hack Please Help

Doing a recommended search it looks like my blog has been hacked. I found a site to help called pearsonified.com and looked into my akismet file and there is nothing there. I called my host provider and they said nothing is hidden. Should I just move on to the MyAdmin section or try something else first? Here is what my akismet file looked like.
