Vi ads continue to show even if I disable it

    Hello, I’ve one problem with the integration on plugin with Vi.
    I try Vi ads for few days but now I want to remove the ads for this month but if I’m log in with my Vi account on WP and put OFF the button Activate Vi Stories but continue to show the ads on my article and on my homepage.
    I try to logout the vi account on WP but the problem persist, the only mode to solve it is to disable the plugin but for me is too important your plugin and I don’t want to definitively remove the plugin.
    Please help me,

    Hello, thanks for notifying us. The plugin had 2 independent options “Activate Vi Stories”, both of them should have been turned off. Now we’ve changed its behavior and “Activate Vi Stories” option turns OFF all vi ads.
    Just install the latest version, turn off the “Activate Vi Stories”, and press “Update” button. If the ads are still present, clear wp cache and refresh the page.

    I take OFF the button https://ibb.co/jxYyRS but the ads continue to show.
    For example if you go to https://www.hddev.net/come-creare-un-nuovo-utente-su-raspberry-pi/ you can see the ads.
    PS. I clear wp cache.

    Did you re-install the plugin before turning the button off?
    Please, check the following:
    1) Refresh the settings page, select “ad – above post”, make sure that it is disabled.
    2) Select “ad – middle of post”, make sure that if is turned off too.
    Please, make sure that you done both steps: 1 and 2. You need to turn off ad above AND ad in the middle.

    Also, please, check “Post Adverts” menu. Maybe you’ve inserted the ad code to the bottom of posts, on the Post Adverts menu.

    I solve it disable both two independent options “Activate Vi Stories”. Now it’s ok,
