VFB Pro Migration

Issue 1:

Time In and Out used to automatically be formatted with HH, MM, AM/PM each with spin controls … once migrated this formatting disappeared and doesn’t appear to be available in the TIME control options?

Issue 2:

Purchased the Pro version because it claims to have a way to provide conditional fields … I have conditional rules set up for the FILE UPLOAD and Event Fields (one each for SHOW and HIDE … total of 6 rules) NONE OF THESE APPEAR TO WORK?
