VFB Pro: Duplicate entry IDs (_vfb_seq_num)

    Hi

    I’ve noticed that I have the same entry ID being displayed against my entries in a particular form. Indeed, looking at the database, I can see IDs have been reused in the same form:

    20190 6457 _vfb_form_id 3
    20191 6457 _vfb_seq_num 2

    20426 6504 _vfb_form_id 3
    20427 6504 _vfb_seq_num 2
