VFB Not Sending Form Any More

    We have had a custom VFB form on a site for a long time and all the sudden it quit working. the contact us form works but the custom one that asks for more information than just the contact won’t send the email out anymore. it shows it received the form in the backend but i can not get the email.

    we are hosting on godaddy and godaddy told me to check with the developer. please help.

  • Hi there! If you could open a ticket at the URL below, I would be more than happy to take a look at this for you. More often than not, these situations are culprits of server side firewalls or closed ports or from simple plugin/theme conflicts, but in your case, one form is working while the other is not. Also, have you changed anything within the custom form recently?
