Veryplaintxt theme – how do I insert an image in the header?

Hello there.

I am putting the finishing touches on my website and was wondering if it is possible to insert an image in the header of the veryplaintxt theme? I have seen a few screenshots of veryplaintxt sites and they have only had text in the header.
