Very, very slow website

    Hello,

    I’m using LSCWP on my WordPress along with the server that recently started using it for optimization.

    I’ve already made all the possible configurations in the plugin, but my website is still slow, very slow, really slow.

    I also made several different combinations, several tests, several attempts at optimization, but things only get worse. HTML is bloated and much heavier, slower.

    I have read and followed the recommendations in the current documentation several times, and this has only made the situation worse. The site loads in 15.1s.

    When I install the premium plugin WP Rocket, the score on GTmetrix, for example, is A (PageSpeed ??Score) and A (Yslow Score), and the site loads at 1.0s, 1.4s and 1.8s at most.

    Is there a possibility to help me? I will be forever grateful, it is the most valuable thing I have.

    Hi,

    When you say slow , may I know how slow it is ?

    on my Chrome it loads your page around 1 – 1.2 seconds.

    If you meant on GTmetrix , you have an invalid request that gives error which stals a lot of time

    it adds 8 seconds loading time by this request.

    For A and A , the YSlow warns about cookie free domain , you can consider use a CDN for static resources.

    CF doesn’t support cookie free

    it always add cookie on any request pass through it.

    In this case is there any configuration in the plugin to gain more speed and performance?

    With the WP Rocket plugin I get A and A and the page loads in 1.5s, 1.8s.

    With the LSCWP, I can’t.

    How is this possible?

    Hi,

    There are some more configuration like CSS combine/minify , JS combine/minify , JS defer, load CSS async …etc you can play with

    without seeing the other result , I don’t know

    but i would suspect that once you made the combine/minify , as it reduces the request on cookie-free-domain warning , which could improve the grade.

    Hi,

    Are you sure you have done it ? because from the front end page , I don’t see any combine being combined/minified.

    and please do remember purge all after you changed setting.

    Yes, I’m sure I did what you recommended, but the speed has increased and the score has decreased.

    You are not seeing why I disabled it. The best configuration I found was the one you are seeing.

    I enabled HTML, CSS, JS minification and enabled combining CSS and JS and cleared the entire cache.
