• They offer a free version which you can easily install. Then the frustration begins. First, you won’t be able to find the short codes anywhere. Search all you want. You can’t find them. Second, you will discover after an hour or two of researching that the free version doesn’t support short codes at all. That would have been good to know up front. I might have even bought it. But now I’m more than a bit peeved at these folks. Somebody else can have my money, but not these guys.

Hi there, sorry to hear you’ve been frustrated by your experience with Yelp Widget Pro. We actually pride ourselves on very high quality support, but it doesn’t look like you reached out to us at all. Is there anything I can do to help get you up and running with Yelp Widget Pro? We have many very satisfied users of both the free and Premium versions.

Happy to help if I can. Thanks!

We’ve just updated the readme so hopefully the free/pro features are a lot clearer for future users.
