It is really sad to hear that you did not like our support. We have checked your ticket and found that you were using Using Dokan while WC vendor (Another Multivendor plugin) was activated. It is obvious to get an error if you use two multivendor plugins on the same site. After reporting to us our team activated Dokan and solved your problem but you told that you need WC vendor to be used on the website.
On the last reply on the ticket, you have mentioned that you have solved your problem and you asked our developer to stop working on the website. If everything got solved then describe to me the reason for this review.
If there is an issue in Dokan we are ready to solve but if your issue is occurring for any third party plugin or for your mistake then it is not our support staff fault.
@ redbopeep, Do you clearly know what was the problem of @abdull85? We got surprised after reading your comment in this review. You are using Dokan from 2014 that’s great and we solved each and every issue of your website when It was Dokan problem. You have modified the website a lot even in Dokan plugin. So, how can we solve your problem while you have modified the core plugin and created a problem on the website.
Still, if you are having any issue in default Dokan plugin then we are ready to solve.

for one I have not used dokan and wc vendor at the same time this is not true at all?? . I tried to follow the steps which indicated to activated dokan and wc vendorto dokan plugin while wc vendor is activated,, then next step is to deactivated wc vendor , your team said I did but I did not kept both activated!.. plus they did not solve my problem at all, they said they did but didnt, otherwise why would I continue emailing them and coming to the chat live ??? this is so funny why would I need wc vendor and dokan at same time ?? I told them I want to change from wc vendor to dokan not wanting both at same time ,, please know what I want before you say what you say !!!!!

yes I have solved the problem my self after almost a week of emailing you and just waiting for a reply,, and the reason I wrote this, is because I solved it after I wrote this,, The reason why your team contacted me as well as someone else contacted me because I wrote this !!
last thing, your right I did not like your support and your reply right now!! however, it does not mean I do not like the plugin ,, actually I am going to buy it after few tests with the free versions
