• First, support is great. They are very friendly. If you get confused about something they don’t care how many times you ask – they will always respond in a friendly, helpful way.

    If you want control over your list of subscribers then this plugin provides what you need. And the notifications it sends from blog posts look very nice on the recipients end. There are even reports detailing delivery and who opened which post. So it’s very helpful for keeping in touch with subscribers.

    They have a lot of features I haven’t used, such as subscribing by different categories and a lot of detailed things like that. I hope to use more features as time goes by.

    I have good feelings about dealing with this group, and I’ve used them for quite a few years now. I hope they add tags to the list of items I can include in outgoing posts though! ??
