    I love using this to shorten URLs on my own site to something I can remember and tell people verbally in an easy way, but keep the original keyword-laden URL…and also to create links to external sites so that if they break, I can easily replace the resource link and people that have my pretty link don’t need to be told a new link. I just edit the pretty link.

    Works great!
