Very Useful

I installed this on one of my sites and noticed there was a reduction in bandwidth usage on the server. So blocking these bots reduced bandwidth consumption, which, in this case, is beneficial as i pay for bandwidth used on that particular site.

The author is also very helpful and responsive to queries.

It’s worth noting that if you use this plugin you should check the blocked bots table periodically, as sometimes things get blocked which you might not want blocked such as uptime monitors.

My criticism is the choice of image used when the plugin is activated. It is rather large, unattractive, and unnecessary.

Also, sometimes i deactivate the plugin just to make sure it wasn’t blocking something and every time a notice comes up asking me for feedback why i deactivated. This can be quite annoying having it pop up every time. Once would be enough.

Other than that a really good plugin!
