VERY URGENT: subscription campaign started and some payments not registered

    Hi,
    we are a no-profit and we have just started our subscrition campaign for 2022.

    It results that, on 100 cases, some transactions are actually payed with Paypal, but they stay as on-hold in our Woocommerce.

    How may we send you privately the log?

    Please help us, thank you.
