Very unhappy

I have been using WP for a long time and thought I’d seen it all, but the update to v5.4, clearly a poorly tested version, and the support “helps” both here and at my host (hostinger) seen have all been a huge disappointment. Being neither a programmer, but just a simple blogger, it is too much this time. I’ll be seeking another blog platform that requires nothing but text, links and media and the ability to import the posts and pages from my host’s database.

I think of it like a three sided triangle. If you have the money you just hire someone to do what you need. If you want something easy but low cost you are probably going to have to give up features and flexibility. If you want something Flexible and extendable but inexpensive it going to be more difficult and require more work. You could go with a platform like blogger or tumblr but be prepared to give up flexibility and adding features. I don’t know anyone who is perfect at everything. If you have problems consider outsourcing. Go to somewhere like fiverr and hire some one to do what you need for $10. Don’t forget that people here are not paid to help you. The do it out of good will.
