• Why would you force someone to buy license before an upgrade in free version. That means you don’t have a free version. Why not simply remove some functionalities in free version and add same to premium version? You mess things up by forcing us to buy it before an ordinary upgrade. Just remove the plugin so everyone will know that it’s only available in premium.

    Hello tangiblejobs,
We never force our users to buy a license before using FREE version. We’ve 14 days Free Trial before purchasing our plugin. No License is required for this.
We’re not showing global banner also on user’s dashboard for purchase pro version.

While activation the plugin, an option will come for user consent/permissions to allow us to send promotional emails and other details by following 100% community law.
There’s nothing wrong with it, you can’t allow and just SKIP it.

How you can say we don’t have FREE Version? Lots of features bundled with this plugin, which should be Pro but we released as FREE!!!

If you see we’ve 2k+ active FREE version users. No one complained about it. Probably, you’ve downloaded pirated versions of our plugin and asking for license!

Giving 1 star rating for unusual purpose which on real doesn’t exists. But we’re demotivating for giving back to Community.

Please ask us directly via our “Contact Form” or Support message if you face any kind of problem. We’re always helpful.

We’ll be glad if you re-consider your rating.

A great plugin no doubt, but since there is no more future updates or update notifications for the free version after the 14days trial elapse it has just 3 stars.

    Hi @tangiblejobs,
Thanks for understanding. This is how any software licensing works with trials.
We’re not forcing to buy and not locking any premium features after ending 14 days.
If a user will get future updates also, then there’s no reason for any Premium Versions. Everything should be free.

This sounds really reasonable comparing to others. We’ve given the opportunity to compare between Free vs Pro to our customers.

    We’re transparent to our users.
Again, thanks for considering your rating.
