Very specific woocommerce bug on Internet Explorer 9

I have an ecommerce store which connects to an external procurement website but the update cart button does not work on internet explorer version 9.

I’d disabled ajax but even after the page refreshes any changes made the cart doesnt apply.

I’m not hopeful for a specific fix but looking for avenues I could look down to fixing the bug
