Very slow site with active plugin

    Hello, when configuring the service and passing the images to Cloudinary, my site is very slow and the server CPU reaches 100% is very serious, I am supposed this plugin optimize the site more!

    I am using the latest version of WordPress next to the plugin of cache LS Cache
