  • Hi @louisapple

the database upragde remind appear on top then i click and udate it with no issue

You mean the database is now updated and there were no issues, although in the scheduled log no scheduled Database upgrade actions were showing?

If yes, do you see any improvement in the speed of loading of the order page?

    Hi there,

Could you confirm if you deleted the 10,000 orders via WooCommerce > Orders screen or via the database?

This issue likely due to large size of order related tables such as wpnu_postmeta and wpnu_woocommerce_order_itemmeta.

I’d suggest getting in touch with your web host to see if they can help you tune MySQL performance.

    I hope this helps! ??

    Hi there,

the host did supply a guide

That sounds like the way to go to clean and optimize your WordPress Database. When data grows, scaling your online store without affecting the performance becomes critical, and you shouldn’t overlook this option. Here’s a related article:

my develop finally fix this for me , not sure what he did “It is a general bug in WP or Woocommerce, it is supposed to be fast but the bug makes it not work the way it is and I have fixed it. The issue is not obvious on normal sites, but it is quite obvious on your site with a lot of data”

    Hi there,

I have exactly the same issue as yours, could you please get me in contact with your developer? I’m trying to fix this issue for months without success..

Hope to hear from you soon.

    Thanks!
