Very slow on process data transfer

    I have WC 2.3.6 installed on WP 4.1.1. Pushed dev version from local to a live server today. The content page loading time was fine, like within few seconds. However, form submission was extremely slow. Like newsletter signup form, and check out with payment gateway would take up to 20 seconds to pass.

    I see people talks about using Super Cache or CloudFlare to speed up the site loading. However, I am not sure if these two solution would fit in my case.

    Any suggestions?
