1. (biggest issue) You have a three minute wait for your host to respond. That is not normal. Could be that your settings are off in w3 total cache but it would be best to contact your host about it. See if they can recommend that you have object caching and database caching on or off. also get there input on that delay. it’s not normal and might mean something on the server side isn’t working right.

2. Your total size size is 2.3mb. I suggest you try and get your site size smaller. Looking it seems that this is one of the larger images: https://www.pintsizepilot.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/Screen-Shot-2015-05-06-at-7.05.16-AM-e1430921301464.png It’s a PNG which is not going to have really good compression. I suggest using JPG and compressing the image through a save for web. That goes for images like this too: https://www.pintsizepilot.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/Screen-Shot-2015-03-25-at-4.39.57-PM-e1430845811979-370×266.png any image that is PNG you will want to make JPG and compress.

3. In your w3 total cache settings turn on minify.
