Very slow loading of jobs

what I can tell you, is, that there seems to be a loading issue regarding this one here

this takes to a 404 and takes almost over 1600ms

and your logo takes also about 200ms

Seems to be a “loading placehodler image” or something like that, but no idea where this comes from. Maybe this is generated by your theme.
Did you try it with a default theme and checked if the site is slow?
Try to reach out to the theme devs so they can give a shout on that.
