Very Slow Loading

We just moved our blog from wordpress.com to our own site. I’ve noticed that it’s really slow over here. There isn’t THAT much content on there nor is there a ton of photos. I’m not a computer guru and have been asking questions left and right from my husband to get it up and running, but we’re stumped here.

Would someone mind taking a quick look at it and tell me if you see something we’re not?

I thought about upgrading to 2.5 to see if it’d help, but since we’re not 100% savvy with this version yet, I’m a bit skeered to do it.
