    Hi, I recently installed the free version and tried to do our first backup. However, the status bar is still stuck midway. The text says, “next resumption: 1 (after -9783s)” Any pointers would be appreciated.

    I reduced the zip file size in expert settings to 100 instead of 400. Then it said “Warning: A zip error occurred. Check your log for more details.”

    (Appreciate your help as I am not a technical person, and we cannot afford to hire a technical person at this point to troubleshoot this.)

    Hi,

    To help us work out the cause of your problem, can you please send us a copy of the full backup log?
    This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab. The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.

    I saw a message saying there wasn’t enough space in my dropbox so I connected the account to my google drive instead. Here is the log:

    Hi,

    It looks like you have run out of space on your hosting account, can you check this?
