Very slow at loading the redirect page

I have a confirmation page that the above link is to redirect to, but it take along time for it to redirect.
Here is the page that it redirects to: https://cokersbbq.com/promotions/free-appetizer-customer-rewards/free-appetizer-customer-rewards-coupon-download/
What can be done to speed this up, as there is no indicator as to why it takes so long, so I am fearful I am loosing most of the traffic to this page due to this reason.
