    My initial review of this plugin was critical due to performance issues we experienced on our site. However, after a detailed exchange with Natalie from WooBeWoo and a thorough review of our site’s configuration, it’s clear that the initial problems were due to several misconfigurations on our end.

    1. Class Assignment: We incorrectly assigned the wpfNoWooPage class to one of the blocks, which was preventing the “Force theme templates” option from functioning. Removing this class resolved a major part of the issue.
    2. Shortcode Usage: We were using the [wpf-products] shortcode, which was not suited for our needs. After switching to the recommended [products] shortcode and enabling “Force theme templates,” the plugin began to perform as expected.
    3. Synchronization Settings: We had inadvertently enabled synchronization in a way that duplicated filters for desktop and mobile, leading to unnecessary additional requests. Correcting this also improved performance.

    These corrections have significantly improved the plugin’s performance on our site, with product loading times now consistently below one second. I appreciate the diligent support provided by WooBeWoo’s team and regret the oversight in our initial setup.

    The quality and speed of support critically depend on the willingness to cooperate with specialists, among other things.

    After analyzing your case, we see that:

    • The recommendations proposed by our developer 10 days ago have not been implemented yet.
    • The environment for analyzing your setup has not been provided.
    • We have not received any feedback on the message from you from September 18.

    The filter is a very complex plugin, it has a very high degree of integration with the site, theme and other plugins, it also has huge functionality and variability.

    In this case, there are configuration flaws, while there is no access to the test environment (impersonal) where we could quickly analyze the configuration, and very limited feedback from you.

    We are always ready to provide assistance, but it is difficult to do blindfolded. We stay in touch.

    We are in production and unfortunately cannot put the client’s data on a plate. But we offered all of our configuration.

    • We have not received any feedback on the message from you from September 18.

    You have received, and we were waiting from September 20th your response, which after our follow-up yesterday and my review, you managed to respond – thanks.

    We appreciate your effort in building this, and that’s why we bought your plugin. We did not request anything but a little more focused help in order to fix it.

    We want to cooperate to solve this, but you need to help us as we are in production trying to fix this more than 2 weeks without any success. Furthermore, we also have requested paid consultancy from you guys, hope you can help us, and I’ll also update my review accordingly without problems.

    https://prnt.sc/lpQOVCyd3qVX – I’m giving you a screenshot from the developer’s response. You partially applied something, partially didn’t. What is and what isn’t, we can only guess as not everything is visible on the final page.

    We are in production and unfortunately cannot put the client’s data on a plate. But we offered all of our configuration.

    Client data can be deleted, we don’t need it. In this case, there is no way to find the cause of the slowdown without debugging the entire setup. The filter works 80% in the backend, tightly integrated with everything else, it’s like fixing a car engine without opening the hood.

    We are ready to help, but since the recommendations given based on the analysis of the final page only do not work, then the issue is most likely not in the filter or not only in the filter. We cannot move forward without debugging the test environment.

    Online consultation will not help much on the same thing, the developer needs the code.
