Very simple site – Homepage & text area stuff

    Hi, it’s me again

    All wordpress and internet is kind of new for me but it may be easy for someone who know what he’s doing.

    I understood the theme i use has a “Homepage” that hasnt the same code than the others ( Text area is larger, padding are diferent …) but i can’t find where it come from (the diference).

    Also, I don’t know how to set a larger text area (.content?), same for this homepage and the others pages.

    So my problem is :
    -> how can i set the homepage to be as the others,
    -> how can i change the width of the text area, without hurting the phone/tablet compatibility.

    To make sure I understand, do you want the home page to change so it matches the other pages?

    Or do you want the other pages to match the way your home page currently looks?

    Well, it’s both and none : There are two things that i can’t do that are having a standard website (all pages to have same frame) and then having a content/text area that have more or less the same width than the menu.

    So as i planed it, it was 1. change the width of the text area (Test_ligne …) // 2.match the homepage to the others.

    1.-> I tried changing the .hentry margin in css sheet but it messed with the phone compatibility of the site.
    2. -> been unable to find where are the files or lines ruling the homepage.

    I hope i’m clear enought ??

    After 2 days of non-sleeping, finaly heard about media queries xD

    ?? Glad you were able to get it resolved. If you have time to share the code you used to make it work, it could benefit others who are trying to make a similar change to their site.
