Excellent product, tech support, and customer service.
My Song competition went perfect without a hitch, automatically starting and ending at scheduled times with 100% satisfying results. When I had a tech problem that threatened the advertised start time of the voting, the tech guys worked outside of their normal hours to fix it. It didn’t matter that they sent me an updated email that all was well, the manager still made an international phone call to verbally inform me that, I’m set to go as planned.
