Very responsive and easy to use

This support tool is very good because it comes at a fixed price point and means that you can get a lifetime licence and things like email piping for a website very easily. I looked at lots of support options for my website, but this came out top by quite a long way indeed.

The integration with some third-party plugins is useful for things like FAQ.
