• Stick with the free version. There are issues with the paid pro version and once you purchase it, they will no longer answers your support questions on the wordpress forum. You will need to use their ticket system. If you provide pictures of the issue because they do not understand the written description of the problem, they still do not understand. Other times they tell you they are working on the problem but there is never a response. Sometimes they will ask for passwords and access to everything for issues that just require a simple custom CSS. If your company policy or you do not allow access they will say they cannot support you. This will take up much of your time back and forth to India and not get anywhere to solve the problems.

Bottom line is don’t bother with the paid version if you do not have coding skills.

    Hi @aljohn23,

Please let us know your support ticket id? So, I can prioritize your query with “High” priority.

    Thanks

This reply does not surprise me. After over two weeks of waiting and many follow ups to see when it could be completed I received no answer to my tickets. Now all of a sudden I am high priority when I post a bad review. It feels like these guys are putting on a “show” to give the perception they are helpful but I can tell you my experience was anything but helpful.

I would ask urge anyone interested in this plugin to not “take the bait”. Or take it knowing that you will not get support.
