Very Poor Support

I’m a customer since 5 years, more or less, and I can say that the GTranslate support team are not skilled. We have since 6 moths an issue that compromize the conversions. I have opened 3 ticket (maybe more, don’t remember) during this time, and every time we receive a different reply from team. Once is a cache problem, once there aren’t no issue, every time a closed ticket WITHOUT ANY TROBLESHOOT. This is frustrating, and become a loss of time and revenue. I think this is the last year with GTranslate.
