Very poor support

Tried this twice, almost 1 year apart. Both times had issues where it wouldn’t work on two separate websites running different themes. Both times experienced VERY poor support from “support” people such as Truman Dorn and Marta Kozak, with an attitude of, “Well, you should probably research and figure out what the problem is.” So wait, why are YOU here?
