Hi Cyndi,
I reviewed the ticket you have in with support, and it is an unusual situation. You are hosted on WPEngine and they do have a server side cache that can defeat the page rendering in PilotPress – because the cache tries to serve the pages from memory after a single page view PilotPress will try to block it to protect your content. Ask WPEngine to exclude the entire PilotPress folder from their caching, and, in addition, all pages you are protecting with PilotPress. It is easier if you put all protected pages in a folder structure such as domain.com/members/ This may help with your page rendering issues where our support people can see the page but you and your clients can not.
Plugin conflicts are very hard to diagnose but at least with WPEngine they have most of the badly coded ones banned already. We have several clients using PilotPress and WPEngine including some million dollar businesses.
